Scanned Photo Page

Here are some phots from our family albums that we've scanned and edited. Please note that their resolution has been reduced for easy web viewing, and some detail is lost.

The above came from an old family album. They were taken between the years of 1900 and 1915 and all had many spots and imperfections.

The above was taken in 1933 -- the original print was 2x3, and cropped for saving. Ron's mother, now 90 years old, is the second person from the right.

The photo on the left is the first Ron Goodenow scenic. It was taken in the Great Smokies from Skyline Drive through blue sun glasses with a Kodak Signet camera. The original print is 49 years old and torn. The slide on the right was taken in Big Basin, California, in 1965 with a Nikkormat and won a San Francisco Examiner photo contest.

This photo was taken of Ron Goodenow's parents in Upper Michigan in 1964. The camera was a Ricoh rangefinder.

New York, 1989, with a Pentax.

Des Moines, Iowa, 1965.

Laramie, Wyoming, 1963.

New Hampshire, 1955 (Guess which one is Ron).

Grand Canyon, 1963.

Above is a photo of Ron's wife Carol, taken in the 1970s.

As one who grew up around and loves New York, the World Trade Center has provided many memories, some wonderful, one horrible. Here's a favorite print from 1991.
